DS Social Media was built on a simple idea: small businesses deserve a marketing partner who is as invested in their growth as they are. We combine hands-on website design and care with full-service social media management, so your digital presence is consistent, current, and always working for you.

When you join us, you're not handed off to a queue. You work directly with Jim and Anna, who stay close to your account from kickoff through every month of ongoing work.

Communication

Email is our primary channel for updates, strategy & requests.
Business hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Replies within 24 business hours for general inquiries.

Content Approval

Drafts, captions & graphics uploaded 5–7 days before posting.
Leave your comments and feedback directly on the drafts we send.
Feedback requested within 48 hours to keep content on schedule.

Onboarding

Your first two weeks with us

Account Setup & Access
Days 1–3
Complete the onboarding form and share access: social profiles, website admin & hosting credentials, and brand assets (logos, colors, fonts).

Strategy & Planning
Week 1
A 45-minute strategy kickoff call to align on goals, brand voice, and themes — plus a shared content calendar workspace.

Content Creation & Launch
Week 2 onward
We gather media (or shoot on-site), then approved posts go live on schedule with active community engagement and website care.
